About EPF SSIF
We transform corporate CSI budgets, private donations, and philanthropic capital into self-sustaining township enterprises. Each one verified, GPS-tracked, and independently audited from Day 1.
Who We Are
* Projected unit economics based on Township Digital Micro-Enterprise (TDM) asset deployment model. Independently verified outcomes published quarterly from Phase 1 launch.
Mission & Mandate
Social spending is structured as a revolving investment pool. Covenant flows and asset revenues are continuously reinvested, creating a compounding multiplier effect on jobs and enterprise output.
Every asset is geofenced and monitored via the VSI Platform. Job creation, enterprise revenue, and skills training are timestamped, independently audited, and available in real time.
A single Fund 1 commitment simultaneously satisfies Skills Development and SED obligations, generating a 3.5x+ macro-multiplier compared to traditional grant-based CSI. ESD recognition requires an enterprise development loan structure; contact the fund team.
Proof of Concept
The EPF SSIF is not asking you to fund a concept. Township Digital Micro-Enterprise (TDM) has already placed 135 mobile food carts across South Africa's township economy. They are deployed, trading, and creating jobs. Right now.
What Fund 1 does is amplify that proven model with your capital, deploying additional GPS-tracked, independently audited assets at scale. Every outcome is reported to you quarterly from Day 1.
The Team
EPF SSIF is driven by experienced leaders across fund management, investment strategy, enterprise development, and impact measurement.
Impact Basket
Every contribution is anchored to a tangible, revenue-generating Business-in-a-Box, deployed to a psychometrically vetted young entrepreneur, operational from Day 1.

Institutional-Grade Oversight
Your capital is protected by multiple layers of institutional safeguards, independent oversight, and asset security protocols designed to eliminate single points of failure.
Your donation is deployed as a grant to verified township entrepreneurs. It is not a loan and carries no repayment expectation. The governance model ensures 100% of deployed capital reaches its intended beneficiaries, tracked, audited, and reported to you quarterly.
Capital Flow
Four independent agreements govern every step of the journey. No single entity controls the full stack.

Partner Ecosystem
EPF SSIF separates every function across purpose-built partners. No single entity controls the full stack, eliminating conflicts of interest and single points of failure.
Fund Manager / FSCA-Regulated Asset Manager
Effectus acts as the official, FSCA-regulated financial services provider and asset manager for the ecosystem. While the initial donor channel (Fund 1) focuses on pilot deployments, Effectus steps in to provide the heavy institutional-grade governance, compliance, and fiduciary oversight necessary for Fund 2. They are responsible for managing commercial capital allocations, ensuring strict portfolio risk management, and maintaining investor reporting structures that satisfy traditional asset managers and DFIs.
Corporate Finance Advisor & Strategic Activation Partner
Queensway Capital operates as both the structural architect and the execution engine for the fund. On the advisory side, they structure the commercial architecture, manage capital-raising strategies for institutional target tranches, and ensure absolute compliance with institutional investment mandates. As the strategic activation partner, they lead the mobilization of the partner ecosystem, coordinate high-level stakeholder engagement, and oversee the execution frameworks to ensure the operational model successfully scales into a live, high-volume transactional platform.
Primary Operational & Technical Implementation Partner
TDM is the critical boots-on-the-ground operational vehicle responsible for the physical and technical management of the asset kits (mobile food and cell phone repair carts), overseeing day-to-day deployment, operator onboarding, and supply-chain logistics.
Fintech Infrastructure Partner / “Digital Lock” Enforcer
Paypoint provides the hard-coded technology infrastructure that drives the fund's entire accountability narrative, deploying smart Point-of-Sale (POS) terminals attached to each Business-in-a-Box unit. Separated from asset management and audit.
Legal Counsel
ENS Africa acts as primary legal counsel responsible for corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracting. They draft all governance documents and ensure that automated cash routing and digital compliance structures align with South African statutory laws.
